Bespoke Holiday Planning — Consultation Deposit

Most standard bookings come at no charge — we’re paid by the supplier when you book. For trips that need deeper research and planning, we agree a planning fee upfront before any chargeable work begins.

This deposit is non-refundable but credited in full against the final planning fee.

How it works:

1. You pay the deposit now

2. You complete a short profile form so we understand your preferences and requirements

3. We talk through any questions and agree the total planning fee

4. Warren creates three proposals for you to choose from

5. Warren builds out a precise plan for your approval

6. You pay the balance

7. Your final plan is delivered
